  • Package of frozen broccoli
  • Jar of pitted olives
  • 3 cans of beans
  • Bottle of Pasta sauce
  • Package of flatbread or tortillas
  • Salsa
  • Block of cheese (mozzarella/cheddar)

Staples:

  • Brown rice
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar

Extras:

  • Zucchini
  • Cucumber
  • Frozen peas
  • Frozen spinach
  • Frozen tortellini, ravioli, or gnocchi
